Processing rules always get executed according to the ordinal number.. Means processing rule created at position 1 will always get executed before the prcessing rule defined at position 2 if same condition matches for both rules..
Blindly ......Top to bottom Man........... .... if you want your preffered rule should match then move that rule to top of the other rule.... Thats it...
