Can you please tell me Which version are you on? A port isn't an instance .Instances were introduced from 9.6.
SHIVA
9.5

@Shiva So, When you go to the "/installationPath/softwareag/IntegrationServer/instances" folder, you'll typically see a "default" instance.
You can add more actual Integration Server instances that operate as virtually independent servers.
Any such instance that you create, will be present in the aforementioned path, with its own Java process, set of independent packages, memory allocation, etc.
Instance configuration and wrapper controls will also be added to the "/installationFolderPath/softwareag/profiles" folder.
Refer the Administrator guide for details on creating, managing and deleting these instances.
I trust this is sufficient information to start with.

@divya But on our IS I see working directory as G:\WM_IS_95_8888\IntegrationServer and I have been to the location and inside G:\WM_IS_95_8888\IntegrationServer i don't see any instances.
SHIVA
no folder name with instances

My apologies, Shiva - they were introduced in the 9.6 version.
I've corrected my explanation.
9.5 doesn't have the instance capability - if you want another Integration Server, it requires a new complete installation.
