IS schema is a free standing element in the navigation panel that acts as a blue print or model against which an XML document is validated. The formal description is created through specification of constraints.
Structural constraint:- An IS schema describes elements, attributes and types that appear in a valid instance document.ex:- po-> < ten number> < color >
Content constraint:- An IS schema describes the type of information that element and attributes can contain in a valid instance document.
